Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you take home from My Sister’s Shelf. If you change your mind about a book, we’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the book is in its original, unread, and saleable condition.

Returns

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
• Books that have been read, marked, damaged, or otherwise altered from their original condition cannot be returned.
• Sale and clearance items are final sale.

For online returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
